All reed diffuser refills are made with a diffuser base and fragrance oils at this time. 

Mini Diffuser Instructions: Remove the wooden cap and plastic stopper. Fill diffuser with fragrance. Replace wooden cap and tilt upside down for 1-2 seconds to allow the oil to soak into the wood cap. Do not oversaturate the wood cap. Replace plastic stopper to prevent spills. Replace wood cap and hang in area of choice to enjoy. Re-tip to refresh the fragrance and replace the stopper. We do not suggest re-tipping until the fragrance currently on the lid is "dry to the touch" to prevent leaking. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

WARNING: Please note that spilled oils can potentially ruin surfaces, like vinyl interior. We recommend using the stopper that comes with the bottle in between saturating the wood top to avoid spills. Wipe any spills immediately and wash hands thoroughly.
